Philadelphia police are seeking three men who were involved in a brutal attack and robbery of another man in the city’s Kensington neighborhood over the weekend.

About 12:30 p.m. Saturday, police said, the three men were seen walking on B Street near Tioga, then confronting a 25-year-old man after he left a restaurant.

Video of the suspects, released Wednesday, show two of the assailants viciously punching and kicking the victim around his head, while a third man looked on.

As the victim lay on the ground unconscious, police said, one of his assailants combed through his pockets, taking his cellphone, wallet and money. All three men then just walked away, the video shows.

One of the suspects was described as black or Hispanic, with a scruffy beard and mustache. He was wearing a black skully hat, a black coat and black sweatpants.

A second man was described as Hispanic, with bushy hair, and was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, red pants and red sneakers.

The third man was described as Hispanic, of stocky build, with a beard and mustache. He had a cast on his right arm, tattoos on both arms, and was wearing a white T-shirt, black pants and red sneakers, police said.

Anyone with information about these men are asked to call the police tip line at 215-686-TIPS (8477) or Detective Gilmore at the East Detective Division at 215-686-3243. Tips, which can be anonymous, can also be submitted online.
