West Chester moms Colleen Brennan and Elaine Scott wanted to find meaningful work for their children with Down syndrome. When the opportunity arose to purchase Kati Mac Floral Designs in West Chester, they quickly acted to make their dream a reality. Today, over half of their employees have intellectual disabilities.
