SEPTA briefly suspends service along Airport Line

SEPTA briefly suspended service along its Airport Line for police to investigate reports of a person struck by a train near the A terminal at Philadelphia International Airport.


Service was reported suspended along the line around 9:30 a.m. and restored about 10 a.m.

Philadelphia International Airport was not reporting any delays or closures at the terminal as a result of the police activity along the tracks.





SEPTA spokeswoman Kristin Geiger said no further information was available about the report of a person struck.
