It could be a record-warm spring day in Philadelphia.


Forecasters are calling for the temperature in Philadelphia on Tuesday to be near the record high for the date of 84 degrees.

Normal highs in Philadelphia for this time of year are in the low 60s, according to National Weather Service data.





The day is expected to be sunny. Wednesday is also expected to be far normal than average, with high temperatures forecast to reach the high 70s.

Highs are expected to to fall back into the mid-to-high 60s for the latter part of the week.

Monday’s high of 80 degrees was the warmest day in Philadelphia since October.
