A woman entering her car in the parking lot of a gentlemen’s club at Front and Spring Garden Streets was shot at Monday evening, causing the closing of several I-95 ramps as police swarmed the area looking for the shooter.
Two bullets struck the woman’s truck outside Delilah’s about 6:10 p.m. She then ran inside, escaping unharmed, police said.

At the same time, workers who were renovating the warehouse behind Delilah’s reported hearing gunshots from inside the building, which rises over the club.
SWAT teams and police descended on the building but didn’t find the shooter. They did, however, find signs that gunshots had been fired from a fifth-floor window in the warehouse.
Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said it was too early to tell whether the woman who was shot at was targeted. One of the bullets pierced through the bottom of her truck’s windshield.
