Ryan Zimmerman and Anthony Rendon hit back-to-back home runs against Phillies right-hander Nick Pivetta in the fifth inning to make it 4-0. It was the first time this season the Nats hit back-to-back homers. It also was Zimmerman’s 12th homer of the year, which leads the National League.
Nats right-hander Matt Albers picked up his first career save in his 461st career appearance.
