Funeral services underway for road-rage victim

Funeral services are being held Friday for Bianca Roberson, the 18-year-old who police said was the victim of a road-rage murder last week.

Services began witha viwing at 8 a.m., followed by the service at 11 a.m. at St. Paul’s Baptist Church in West Chester.

The preliminary hearing for David Desper, 28, of Trainer, Delaware County, is scheduled before Chester County Judge William D. Kraut at 9 a.m. on Thursday. Desper remained jailed without bail on Friday.
