Driver critical after Kelly Drive crash

A 19-year-old man was critically injured in an overnight rollover crash on Kelly Drive.


The man was driving a 2014 Ford Mustang westbound on Kelly Drive near Ferry Road shortly after 3 a.m. Saturday when he swerved and lost control of the vehicle, then drove onto a grassy hill, causing the Mustang to flip over, Philadelphia police said.

The man, whose name was not released, was taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition.





Two passengers, a 25-year-old man and a 20-year-old man, were taken to Temple for treatment of minor injuries.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash, which remains under investigation.
