Teams of rowers are arriving along the Schuylkill River for the 35th Murphy Cup Regatta. The crews have been training in the up and down weather this winter and today’s temperatures will be a nice welcome to the first official weekend of Spring. NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal has more.
